Shipping Policy

All orders ship out within 8-10 business days via USPS. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to get it to you in time.

You should receive a tracking number in an email once your parcel has been dropped off at the post office. If you do not get a shipment notification after 10 business days, please let me know via the contact form and I will resend it to you!

SNJ will no longer be responsible for packages once they have been  dropped off at the post. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order to ensure it is correct as we are not liable for undelivered packages  due to incorrectly provided shipping addresses. If you notice that your address is incorrect post transaction, please message me ASAP via the contact form with the correct address so it can be altered in the system. Once the package is in the hands  of USPS we have no control over your package such as scan times, shipping times, lost packages, stolen packages, delivery issues, etc. Refunds or  replacements will not be issued should any of these issues occur.  

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges are handled on a case to case basis at this time. To be eligible for a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and ship items back within 7 days after approval. Refunds (shipping costs not included) are issued only when items have been received back to us and and the condition of the return items are inspected. If items are not returned in their original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
